Groundbreaking requires bringing the Blue Gate Communication Tower Key into the Blue Gate raid and using it to access a locked room at Pilgrim's Peak. The key is granted upon accepting the request and should be carried in an augment with a safe pocket to avoid loss. Pilgrim's Peak is the northernmost POI and attracts many raiders for high-tier loot, so approach cautiously. The locked door is on the eastern side; if already opened, save the key for a later loot run. Inside, interact with the lone whiteboard on the right to obtain a picture of a building and complete the objective. Loot thoroughly; a weapon case may contain useful gear.
