The Planet Core Layer is the 16th layer in Donkey Kong Bananza, where players approach the story's conclusion. Despite nearing the end, numerous Banandium Gems remain to be found. The layer presents challenges with common enemies, gold, and treacherous thorns. Sublayer 1600 holds three gems, including one hidden in a K. Rool statue, while Sublayer 1601 offers four gems that require completing tasks such as the Shifty Smash challenge and using various Bananza forms for navigation and collection.
