Is drafting a quarterback (for just the third time in 15 years) on Seattle's radar?
Briefly

John Schneider, Seattle Seahawks' general manager, has only drafted two quarterbacks in 15 years but could draft another in 2025. The current draft class is not considered strong in the quarterback position, yet Schneider's team has depth with QBs Sam Darnold and Drew Lock, along with two promising young players. The Seahawks are utilizing their draft visits on notable quarterbacks and possess ample draft capital, opening the possibility of selecting a quarterback on Day 2 or 3 despite a lack of immediate need.
For every reason to assume this won’t be the year Schneider finally takes another quarterback, there’s one to think that he could do so on Day 2 or 3.
We have four guys that we really like. None of that would suggest that the Seahawks are poised to add to the position in the draft.
