The measures freeze overseas assets, ban arms deals and penalize ballistic missile development. Britain, France and Germany activated the 30-day snapback process. Tehran recalled its ambassadors to Germany, France and the UK for consultations after UNGA talks failed to resolve the stalemate. The UAE foreign minister met Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu at the UNGA urging an end to the Gaza war. Hezbollah marked the first anniversary of the death of its leader Hassan Nasrallah.
