Briefly

As a new Captivator, I discovered that achieving the right timing for my animations became significantly easier when I changed my workflow. Initially, I struggled with the Timeline feature while attempting to create animations without audio. However, by reversing my approach — adding the audio recordings first and then animating — I found that my animations could be fine-tuned effectively to match the natural rhythm and nuances of spoken language. This shift in perspective improved the functionality of the Timeline feature markedly.
I was stuck on getting the timing just right on my animations, even while using the Timeline feature.
I found that it was easier to optimize the animations more acutely with audio already inserted.
The Timeline feature is much more functional when you can adjust animations to the natural nuances of spoken language.
I had to shift my perspective and try a different process. Apply audio THEN Animate.
