"Pirules House is one of six houses located on the edge of Valle del Maiz, one of the oldest neighborhoods in San Miguel de Allende (Mexico). The site has a steep topography and is populated by predominantly native trees and vegetationmainly pepper trees, huizaches, mesquites and nopales."
Pirules House measures 257 m² and reached completion in 2025. The project is located on the edge of Valle del Maiz in San Miguel de Allende and is one of six houses in the development. Lead architects are Pavel Escobedo and Andres Soliz, with a design team including Lorane Bellier, Joe McKenzie, and Gabriel Angelico. Project management was handled by Cuarto Piso and the general contractor was Juan Pablo Gonzalez de Cossio. Landscape architecture was provided by Matorral. Structural engineering was led by Adalberto Estrada and additional engineering by Sergio Ayala. Manufacturers used include Ciro Designer, La Metropolitana, Novaceramic, and Origen Madera.
