Banff Sunshine Celebrates 3 Day Closing Weekend

The celebrations begin Saturday, May 16, with the SlushShine Rail Jam, where skiers and snowboarders will throw tricks across specially designed rail features built over water. The competition will run from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., with registration taking place that morning in front of the Centennial Daylodge. Entry costs CAD 20 (USD 15), and an awards ceremony will follow later in the afternoon.
