Brian Walshe is accused of murdering and dismembering his wife Ana on January 1, 2023, then misleading police; jury selection concluded Nov. 20.
With jury selection set to begin Tuesday, Brian Walshe changed his plea to guilty on two of the three charges he's facing: willfully misleading a police investigation and willfully conveying away a human body or the remains thereof.
Brian Walshe will appear in court Monday for his final pre-trial conference before jury selection begins in his case. Prosecutors are charging him with killing his wife, Ana, on New Year's Day in 2023. Ana Walshe, a Cohasset mother of three, went missing around New Year's Day that year. Prosecutors allege her husband, Brian Walshe, killed and dismembered her before disposing of her remains.
