Founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah, Crumbl has been the success story of the chain restaurant world over the past decade. For years, Crumbl was the fastest growing chain in the United States, and in just eight years, it rode a wave of unique cookie flavor drops and viral marketing to open a stunning 1,100 locations. This week marks the official 8th birthday of the Utah location that started it all, and to celebrate Crumbl is offering six desserts for the price of four.
Crumbl rose to fame through its iconic weekly menu, which rotates cookie flavors and non-cookie desserts every seven days. The treats themselves are delicious and creative, of course, but it's that pressing feeling of limited-time-only flavors that draws in customers week after week. Now, the chain is adding yet another excitement to its menu: a so-called Secret Menu item that's unique to each location and will also rotate on a weekly basis.
One of the magical mysteries of Crumbl cookies is never knowing which cookie flavors will appear in any given week. With typically between six and eight rotating varieties revealed on Sundays, it's impossible to know which of the brand's hundreds of cookie incarnations will make a star appearance in stores, and never does a cookie stick around for two weeks in a row - until now. A new category called "Encore" desserts recently launched to much fanfare.
Customers rave, 'Loved everything about this one. The combo of flavors and the bake. Yum!' and 'Amazing. I loved everything about this. Big chunks of chocolate in the brownie with the perfect topping of marshmallow and graham crackers.'
