Porsche has announced plans to cut more than 500 jobs as part of a sweeping restructuring aimed at refocusing the German luxury carmaker on its core automotive operations. The company said it will shut several subsidiaries and scale back non-core ventures as part of what it described as "far-reaching measures" to streamline the business. The changes will see the closure or wind-down of Cellforce Group GmbH, Porsche eBike Performance GmbH, and Cetitec GmbH, affecting staff across Germany and Croatia.

Walmart is now deploying ABB E-mobility's A400 all-in-one 400-kilowatt DC fast charger at several stores in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This type of dispenser can deliver up to 400 kW to a single connected EV, and dynamically manage the power output to each EV if two cars are charging at the same time.

Since November 1, 2025, Driventic has been operating as an independent company in the commercial vehicle market, as announced earlier. The company has debuted under the new brand identity at Busworld Europe 2025, originates from the Commercial Vehicles division of Voith Turbo and focuses on drivetrain solutions for buses and heavy-duty vehicles. Driventic employs around 1,400 people at 26 locations in 18 countries.
