Businessman and racehorse owner Tom Doran was sued by AIB for unrepaid loans in 2010 Judgments totalling €4.8m have been granted against a well-known racehorse owner and breeder over unrepaid property investment loans. The High Court granted the judgments for €1.2m and €3.6m against Mayo-born property developer and landlord Tom Doran, following a 15-year-legal battle involving him, AIB and Everyday Finance DAC.
