It's been five years since the last instalment, and developer Gearbox has massively updated the signature cartoon visuals to bring us the next generation of sci-fi comic book anarchy. BioWare's Anthem will officially shut down on January 12, 2026, and once the servers go offline, the game will no longer be playable.
