Across the NFL, players were feasting on big plays during Thanksgiving week, but the fastest time from a ball carrier in Week 13 came Sunday from a player who made headlines earlier this season for fumbling the ball out the back of the end zone without being touched. But this time, New York Jets wideout Adonai Mitchell made sure to secure his first career touchdown on a 52-yard pass from quarterback Tyrod Taylor while reaching 20.97 mph in the process.

With superstar quarterback Jayden Daniels not yet healthy enough to be cleared for contact after his dislocated shoulder sustained against the Seattle Seahawks, the Washington Commanders were once again relying on veteran backup Marcus Mariota to lead the charge in Week 13. And despite an encouraging start, there was one perplexing decision that could have dented momentum considerably. Mariota is an experienced signal-caller.

The NFL schedule is spread out across four days this holiday weekend with several intriguing matchups on the Week 13 calendar. Three games will be played tomorrow as Americans celebrate friends, food, and football. Black Friday brings an afternoon special in Philadelphia, before a 13-game window closes out the week with the New York Giants on Monday Night Football.

Week 13 gets underway with a Thanksgiving Day tripleheader, leading off with the Green Bay Packers visiting the Detroit Lions (-2.5) in an NFC North clash. The Kansas City Chiefs (-3) and Dallas Cowboys meet up in the second game of the day, and the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens (-6.5) close out the action. We also have a Black Friday game to look forward to, as the Philadelphia Eagles (-7) host the Chicago Bears.
