Sony is shutting down Firewall Ultra on September 17, 2026, making the online-only PSVR2 game permanently unplayable after that date.
This brings its usual $400 price down to $299, which, while not the lowest price ever, is still not bad considering all the features the bundle comes packed with. It's open to all shoppers, and you don't have to worry about any delivery charges either. Just be sure to grab it quick. Amazon hasn't specified an end date for this one, but we're not expecting it to stick around for more than a couple of days.
As part of PlayStation's Holiday Sale, the PSVR 2 Horizon Call of the Mountain Bundle is on sale for only $299 at Amazon/Walmart and $300 at PS Direct and other major retailers. Officially, this is a $100 discount, but at the start of 2025, this bundle still carried its original $600 price point. PlayStation permanently dropped the price of the PSVR 2 to $400 in February, and the current deal is the best ever for the impressive virtual reality headset for PS5 and PC.

The PlayStation Plus Game Catalog will lose four games next month, headlined by Battlefield 1. The FPS will actually leave the service for Premium and Extra members on its ninth anniversary: October 21. That's not all, though, as Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, Tour de France 2023, and The Last Clockwinder will also be on the way out on October 21.
