Last year, tariffs kicked in at their highest rate since the Great Depression, with the United States' effective tariff rate hitting above 17% in August. The beginning of the year started with chaos, as, seemingly every week, there was an announcement of some new tariff that would be levied against China or Mexico or Canada. Then came "Liberation Day," when President Donald Trump issued " reciprocal tariffs" on more than 180 countries and territories.

Adjusted EBITDA -- $13.7 million, representing 17.4% of revenue; exceeded guidance of 14%-15% margin and marks the ninth consecutive quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA. Active Subscribers (Quarter-End) -- 129,073, a decline of 6.2% year over year; average active subscribers were 137,455, down 2.8% from the prior year.
The photo on the retailer's website shows four colors: solid versions in black, orange and purple, and a multicolored that's black with purple bottom, lime green handles and an orange Trader Joe's logo. As with the previous releases, they're priced at $2.99 each. A scaled-down version of TJ's shopper-size canvas tote, the minis are 13 by 11 by 6 inches, or about big enough to hold a shoebox. This is the fourth public issue of the mini-tote.
