Several official supporters' clubs have hit out at a proposed new format for the Women's FA Cup, stating the changes will ruin the "magic" of the competition and mean the "rich will only get richer". The Football Association has suggested a 'road-to-Wembley bracket', which would map out a team's route from the last 32 onwards. There would also be an introduction of seeds in the draw, with four spots awarded to the top four teams from the previous Women's Super League season.

A few torn ACLs later, those plans are in disarray. The Chiefs aren't in the bracket at all. The Packers are here, but they're walking wounded as a 7-seed. So this year, because my preseason pick is officially impossible, I'm freeing myself to make a new Super Bowl prediction. The chance of me picking all 13 games correctly is zero point zero percent, but maybe we can learn something along the way.

Next up is the Selection Show on Sunday at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN where the other 33 at-large teams along with the seeding will be revealed. Volleyball seeds the top-eight teams in each region and the top four serve as first- and second-round hosts.

Riptide Advisors, Errickson's new multimanager firm that's set to start trading on January 1, was created to address the industry's biggest challenge: a shortage of talented, experienced portfolio managers.
