Marshall Faulk is the newly hired head coach at Southern University, joining an influx of distinguished former NFL veterans taking coaching roles at HBCUs.
"He intends to resign from the Senate 'at the appropriate time.' Bouie is currently a member of the Louisiana Senate and served in the Louisiana House from 2014 to 2020."
