Peckham Rye station to get 5m makeover while waiting for step-free rebuild
Peckham Rye station will receive a £5 million interim upgrade to reduce crowding, improve facilities and preserve heritage while awaiting funding for full step-free access.
Work to upgrade Pontoon Dock DLR station to start later this year
Pontoon Dock DLR will be upgraded with six escalators, larger mezzanine, improved public spaces and retail; works from June 2026, main construction May 2027–July 2028.
