A significant 78% of respondents emphasized the importance of adaptive courses that analyze learner knowledge and adjust dynamically. This shift away from traditional approaches indicates a growing demand for tailored learning experiences, enhancing engagement and understanding of ethical principles among employees through intelligent and interactive AI tools.
