Conceived in the isolation of the pandemic, the Passive House responds to a desire for a simpler, autonomous life connected to nature. The residence was designed by Mareines Arquitetura and is located on a large plot in the interior of São Paulo. The site underwent a reforestation process in partnership with Vistara Landscape Architecture. The project team includes Leonardo Finotti and 26 project members, with Ivo Pedro Mareines, Matthieu Van Beneden, and architect coordinator Isabella Slawka.
