A water-based cafe integrates local craftsmanship from Korat and pottery materials sourced from Dan Kwian village, known for traditional pottery. This project reinterpret traditional elements in a contemporary style, aligned with a design brief to enhance the Chai Thung Restaurant's ambiance. The cafe provides an additional area for customers while preserving the original restaurant's atmosphere. It serves as a harmonious extension, blending traditional local influence with modern architectural practices to elevate the dining experience by the pond.
