The 67,400 ft² STEM and Innovation facility at Greenhill School was completed in 2024 to expand hands-on STEM learning for nearly 1,400 students. The project emphasizes flexibility, high performance, and sustainability, enabling collaboration and problem-solving across disciplines. The building integrates durable materials and systems from manufacturers such as Tremco, Interface, Acme Brick, and Trane. Lead architects include Daniel Lee, Tom Kirk, and Margaret Sledge, with design contributions from Habeeb Muhammad and others. Engineering and consulting partners included Walter P. Moore, DBR Engineering, Westwood, and Metropolitan Acoustics. Landscape architecture was provided by OJB and general contracting by Scott + Reid.
