There will be spells of heavy rain in the affected counties with increased flood risk due to high river levels and saturated ground. Impacts during the warnings will include river and surface flooding, difficult travelling conditions and poor visibility."

Cloud will then build up in the west with rain spreading to all areas by the afternoon, then turning heavier in the west as the warnings come into place.
