A heavy snowfall warning is in place for Toronto with 10 centimetres of snow expected to affect the morning commute on Wednesday, according to Environment Canada. Toronto is under a yellow snowfall warning with 10 centimetres of snow expected to affect the morning and evening commute on Wednesday. An Alberta clipper, a low pressure system, is forecast to bring the snow starting Wednesday morning and easing in the afternoon, Environment Canada said in the warning issued late Tuesday afternoon.
