"SABA on Kensington High Street may have opened as a temporary ramyun bar and Korean convenience store while the owners made proper plans for the space but Londoners just couldn't get enough of the instant ramyun machines and robots making fried chicken, so it soon became a permanent fixture. And the SABA community has grown so strong that a second location is now on the way."
"It's taking up a spot inside Market Place Food Hall in St Paul's, joining traders like The Duck Shed, Rolled and Hide & Greek, where the menu will feature bowls like beef bulgogi and kimchi rice, as well as Korean fried chicken made by Mr SABA the robot. We haven't seen a final menu yet but it sounds like the instant ramyun (SABA has the largest selection of self-serve ramyun in the city) won't be heading to the City,"
SABA began on Kensington High Street as a temporary ramyun bar and Korean convenience store and became permanent after strong local demand for instant ramyun machines and robots making fried chicken. A second SABA location will open inside Market Place Food Hall in St Paul's alongside traders including The Duck Shed, Rolled and Hide & Greek. The menu will include bowls such as beef bulgogi and kimchi rice, plus Korean fried chicken prepared by Mr SABA the robot. A final menu has not been released. The original Kensington site will retain the largest self-serve instant ramyun selection and Korean snacks.
