United Airlines will begin serving Aperture Cellars wines on international Polaris business class flights starting Oct. 1. Aperture Cellars is based in Healdsburg, California, produces blends and single-origin wines, opened in 2009, and has earned international recognition including a Wine Spectator "Top 100" rating. Healdsburg was named Sonoma County's most wine-friendly town and Aperture is listed as a recommended vineyard. Airlines are expanding alcoholic and nonalcoholic onboard offerings to enhance passenger experience. United Polaris currently offers Coca-Cola products, illy coffee and cold brew, Twinings teas, Kona and Stella beers, and spirits such as Bombay Sapphire, Tito's, and Aperol.
