The Function, a new Black-owned comedy club in San Francisco, presents eleven nights of comedy and Oktoberfest-themed drinks from October 2–12, 2025. Shows run Sunday–Thursday at 7:00 and 8:30 p.m., and Friday–Saturday at 7:00 and 9:00 p.m., with happy hour Monday–Friday from 5:00–7:00 p.m. Free admission is available with RSVP for the first 40 people per show; remaining tickets are $20 at the door. A limited set of 120 bottles of Shiner Oktoberfest Lager will be available at $9 each (or $7 during happy hour). Additional drink specials include $5 shots, $5 cans, $6 drafts, $7 wine, and discounted snacks.
