Cyclist reports being hit by car in Los Gatos
"BATTERY: 12:31 p.m. on Kimble Avenue. Two workers got into an altercation. The caller said that the other coworker pushed them with his hands and then a vacuum. The caller said they were not injured. The parties were separated, and the coworker faced a misdemeanor arrest. GRAND THEFT: 1:47 p.m. at University Avenue and Roberts Road. Some power drills and the hard shell bed cover of a truck were taken between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m."
"BURGLARY: 10 p.m. on Montclair Road. A possible home burglary was reported. Sept. 27 BATTERY: 6:47 a.m. at Second Story on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A man said that staff pushed him out of the business that morning and he wanted to press charges. He said his shoulder was sore. Sept. 28 VEHICLE ACCIDENT: 7:51 p.m. at Los Gatos Gardens on Oka Road. A cyclist called authorities saying that he was hit by a car around 4 p.m."

On Sept. 28 a cyclist said he was struck by a car around 4 p.m. at Los Gatos Gardens on Oka Road.
