A murder investigation is underway in east London following the stabbing death of a 30-year-old man. Five people, including two men aged 27 and 29, and three women aged 29, 30, and 54, have been arrested on suspicion of murder after the incident occurred at a home on Felbridge Road in Iford. Despite immediate medical assistance, the victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Authorities assured the community that the incident appears isolated and encouraged the public to engage with increased police presence during the investigation.
The London Ambulance Service called police to an altercation and the first paramedics at the scene tried to save the victim. But despite their best efforts he died at the scene.
Detectives are understood to believe that this was an isolated incident and those involved knew each other. Two men, aged 27 and 29, and three women, aged 29, 30 and 54, remain in police custody.
