In 2025, Illuminate and San Francisco Recreation and Park will host the 5th season of free live music at the Golden Gate Bandshell, celebrating its 125th anniversary. The season runs from March 1 to mid-November, featuring concerts on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and select Saturdays, aimed at attracting over 250,000 attendees. The Bandshell boasts state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems and hosts a variety of genres, including Singer/Songwriter, Reggae, and special events, making it a prominent venue for independent music enthusiasts.
