Becht is expected to make a full recovery in the coming months and will consider returning to Iowa State or entering the transfer portal. Iowa State hired Jimmy Rogers after Matt Campbell left for Penn State. Becht finished the season with 2,584 passing yards, 16 touchdowns, and nine interceptions.
