Having to play through injuries and stuff in that game and he probably physically was struggling more in that game. So I think it says a lot about him to still be able to fight through it."

The 49ers beat the Tennessee Titans 37-24, leading the entire game and extending their winning streak to four. Brock Purdy completed 23-of-30 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns while adding 44 rushing yards, including a 26-yard run. Christian McCaffrey rushed 22 times for 73 yards and a touchdown. Jauan Jennings caught two of Purdy's TDs and finished with three receptions for 37 yards. Ricky Pearsall had six catches for 96 yards despite playing through ankle and later knee issues, possibly aggravated by a prior PCL injury. Eddy Pineiro made three field goals and four extra points. Brandon Aiyuk was moved to the reserve/left team list and has been absent for about a month; his status will be reassessed after the season.
