Members' discussion with Hainer, Rech & Eriksson
"Breakfast with Herbert Hainer, a meet & greet with Bianca 'Jay' Rech, a visit to the Skills Lab, a guided tour of the FC Bayern Campus, a discussion with Sweden international Magda Eriksson and watching the FC Bayern Women 's match against Jena together: At the exclusive 'Behind the Scenes Women's Football' event, which took place for the second time due to high interest, there was once again plenty on offer for the 30 FC Bayern members selected from over 400 applications."
"In his welcome address, Hainer focused on the big picture. "Our FC Bayern women's footballers prove that strength, ambition and leadership qualities are not a question of gender," said the president. "I'm very impressed by their confidence, their willingness to speak out on social issues including beyond the pitch, and their overall message that women today can not only take part in the game, but also set the tone.""
An exclusive 'Behind the Scenes Women's Football' event invited 30 FC Bayern members, chosen from over 400 applicants, to experience multiple insider activities. Attendees met president Herbert Hainer, Bianca 'Jay' Rech and Sweden international Magda Eriksson, toured the Skills Lab and FC Bayern Campus, and watched the women's match against Jena. Hainer arrived in traditional Bavarian costume after a Wiesn stop and emphasized the players' strength, ambition and leadership, noting their role in challenging societal inequalities. Organisers Jasmin Gaßner and Jenny Sajons tailored the programme to participants' wishes, and Jay Rech provided behind-the-scenes insights including reflections on the recent Champions League draw.
