Normally, Google does not show local packs in the Shopping tab, I believe... This was spotted by Nate Louis who posted about this on X - he wrote, "Google Shopping is pulling in Google Business Profiles at the top within Google Shopping tab. Inventory still showing below." I was able to replicate it in one of my browsers, not all, so it does seem like a test."

Google appears to be testing display of Google Business Profile local packs at the top of results within the Google Shopping tab. Local pack listings are being shown above product inventory, which continues to appear below. The behavior was observed in posts on X and replicated in at least one browser, indicating a limited or phased test affecting some users or clients. Prior sightings of map-style Shopping tab results with rating and hours filters were reported earlier, suggesting incremental experimentation with local results inside Shopping experiences.
