Franci Villar, 23, was arrested in connection with the shooting July 20 and previously arraigned in Dedham District Court."
"A third person, Ivelisse D. Santiago, 24, pleaded not guilty in Norfolk Superior Court on Monday to being an accessory after the fact and carrying a firearm without a license, according to the DA. Santiago, of East Boston, is free on a $25,000 cash bail, prosecutors said. Brockton native Jaylani Cole, 20, died from his injuries in the June 25 shooting, while another 20-year-old victim was shot but was expected to survive."
