Frisco shares the top five with Washington, D.C.; Arlington, Virginia; Seattle; and Miami. Frisco stands out for flexibility and space and leads the nation in percentage of residents working remotely at 34 percent. Annual childcare costs average about $10,239, representing roughly 7 percent of median household income. Childcare is much more affordable than in larger cities like San Francisco, Miami, or New York. Frisco offers nearly 10 acres of green space per 1,000 residents.
