Advocacy groups Out Making Games, Women in Games and BAME in Games oppose inclusion of topics such as marriage equality, pay equity, reproductive rights, affirmative action, immigration, capital punishment, gun control and vaccination, arguing that labeling equality and human rights as 'sensitive' treats fundamental issues as debatable. Roblox said it assessed topics for polarized viewpoints and emotional response, emphasized parental empowerment and stated the descriptor is not intended to take a stance.
