Nintendo's Switch 2 will not include a traditional system-wide achievement feature. Instead, achievements will be left up to individual game developers. Though Ubisoft has its own system tied to Ubisoft Connect, these won't integrate with Nintendo profiles. However, Nintendo is exploring achievement-like features in specific games, such as The Legend of Zelda, allowing players to earn medals tracked through a mobile app based on activities and achievements, but this will not be a comprehensive system like on competing consoles.
Just like on Switch 1, it'll be up to game developers to implement them in their own way.
Nintendo is still experimenting with some achievement-like systems in the Switch 2 versions of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
