The house occupies 165 m² in Feira Nova, Pernambuco, and was completed in 2025 by Studio Ze led by Ze Vagner. The residence belonged to the lead architect's mother and was originally constructed in the 1980s by local residents using adobe techniques. The work draws on regional craftsmanship and uses materials from local manufacturers including Ceramica Reis, Ladrilhos Olinda and Vucan Impermeabilizantes. The project team included Rubens Trajano, Nic Caldeira and Adja Santos, with bricklayer Eduardo Oliveira and assistant Marluce Oliveira on site.
