The Xiaozhuang Campus occupies a 66,700 sq.m site with approximately 95,000 sq.m of building area and an additional 17,000 sq.m of semi-outdoor space excluded from the floor area ratio. The campus is planned to house 42 classes, resulting in a high-density and compact layout driven by limited land availability. A heritage building, the former Second Communication Station of the Republic of China Air Force, is preserved at the site center. A recently constructed high-rise dormitory remains on site and is awaiting renovation as part of the campus configuration.
