A week before speculation mounted over which glamorous French retreat would star in the much-anticipated season 4 of The White Lotus, my family and I pulled up to the palatial gates of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel. Bar Rêve in Cobble Hill is inspired by Belle Époque Paris, with plenty of red velvet and crystal chandeliers. They'll shake and stir all the classics, but their original cocktails riff off different paintings from masters like Renoir and Monet.
