Busiest day for Christmas travel at Dublin Airport revealed as travellers reminded of changes to liquids rule

Ireland's largest airport expects Sunday, December 21, to be the busiest day in the run-up to Christmas, when around 110,000 passengers will move through both terminals. Meanwhile, the busiest day after Christmas is set to be the following Sunday, December 28, when 115,000 passengers are to go through the airport. It comes as this Christmas will be the busiest ever for Dublin Airport, with around 1.8 million passengers set to pass through it over the festive period.
