A man was fatally stabbed late Thursday morning at a home in Bay Point, authorities said, and a woman was being held in the killing. According to a news release from the Contra Costa Sheriff's Office, deputies responded at 11:26 a.m. to a medical-police call at a residence on Solano Ct. in Bay Point. At the home, they found a man bleeding from stab wounds and provided first aid until an ambulance arrived.
