The 2025 Hot List showcases the best new dining experiences globally, emphasizing joy and exploration in culinary travels.
Sinatra's breakfast began with a simple but unique take on scrambled eggs. He preferred them minimally seasoned with salt and pepper, and prepared creamy by adding milk, all layered between toasted Italian bread.
The party wings coated in sticky chili jam are on every table, as are plates of umami-packed pad thai and charcoal-grilled pork with a fried egg. Pink lights, neon signs, and a disco ball spinning above create an effortlessly fun night.
"The difference between Hawaiian barbecue and Texas barbecue is the way the meats are prepared," Manager Frankie Jimenez said. "Texas barbecue is a lot of dry rub and our Hawaiian barbecue meat is more marinated, sitting 24 hours in juices to absorb all those flavors."
"Creating a space around low-ABV cocktails was an incredible creative challenge," says Mejicanos. "We're proud of what we built with Lilah, but when the chance to get a full liquor license presented itself, we couldn't pass it up."
