H Mart opens in Dublin on March 26, 2026, featuring a food hall with Korean, Asian, and French-Asian cuisine vendors and special promotions for Smart Card members.
In a press release, Faison said the concept draws from her days running Tiger Mama, which served a fusion of Southeast Asian cuisine. In the opening menu at Tigerbaby, you'll find influences of Thai and Vietnamese, but also more Eastern Asian influences as well, with dishes like Thai basil chicken, black pepper beef and broccoli, and Vietnamese cold coffee.
But lucky for us, Wagyu is a common occurrence at chef Chintan Pandya's kebab stand in the Market. Here at Kebabwala, marinated hunks of beef hit the grill, cozied next to skewered slices of onions and red peppers. Wonderfully charred, the kebabs are then finished with a fiery and aromatic dusting of red chili, cumin and dried mango powder. For us, we think it is more flavor than fire.
Next month central London will get a new five-storey food hall. Added to the city's already-formidable street food scene will be Market Place Leicester Square, which has billed itself as one of the 'largest and most ambitious food hall experiences the UK has ever seen'. The new food hall, which will sit right next to Leicester Square's Odeon, will offer more than a dozen vendors. It'll be the fifth Market Place venue in London, following openings at St Paul's, Vauxhall, Harrow and Peckham.
The development next to Blend Family, which already runs food markets in Cambridge, Tower Bridge will host 13 food vendors and operate at net zero carbon, using fully electric systems rather than gas cooking. Manchester and Sheffield, prides itself on championing independent chefs from a wide variety of cuisines. Its Cambridge market won 'Best Food Hall' at the 2024 British Street Food Awards.
The new JP Morgan headquarters includes a Danny Meyer-curated food hall featuring 19 restaurants and aims to create a 'wellness and hospitality experience' for employees.
One familiar name among the vendors is local Korean barbecue chain Honey Pig, which is trying out a new 'Cupbop' concept featuring grilled meats in customizable cups.
