BBC Two men have been charged in connection with a suitcase robbery where pepper spray caused injuries at London's Heathrow Airport. Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have both been charged with two counts of robbery and two counts of administering a noxious substance, HM Courts and Tribunal Service staff said. The charges follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday.
