The Ontario government has released documents related to the purchase and subsequent sale of a $28.9-million private jet. Premier Doug Ford announced the purchase of a used 2016 Bombardier Challenger 650 jet last month, but agreed to sell it back to the company within days after the news triggered public outrage. At the time, the premier said the plane was sold back for the exact same price, promising to publicly release financial documentation on the transactions.

As of Tuesday evening, there were approximately 388 tickets remaining on StubHub Canada, with the cheapest ticket priced at $1,961 and the most expensive at $130,766.

The Ford government is slashing the amount of money students can receive via the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) grants starting this fall. If you missed the news, eligible students will now only be able to receive 25 per cent of their tuition a steep drop from the previous rate of 85 per cent. Put in dollars, that means an eligible student paying $10,000 in tuition used to be able to get $8,500 in grants they wouldn't have to pay back.
