CINCINNATI - Even after two rough outings, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Browning has the full backing of his head coach. On Wednesday, Bengals coach Zac Taylor stood steadfast in supporting Browning after back-to-back defeats in which the offense has struggled. "I've got a ton of confidence in Jake," Taylor said. "I'm unwavering in that. I've seen the best of Jake. I know that we can do a great job supporting him to where he can go win games for us."

"Every game he's gotten better and better. Nothing flusters him. He's got great poise and works really hard. So he deserves a lot of credit. He only got here in June. It's not like we had a whole spring ball with him. We changed the offense and did a whole bunch of stuff, so some of it is just a natural progression of learning the offense and getting better every week."
