The Angry Birds Movie 3 will be released December 23, 2026, with new cast additions including MrBeast and Salish Matter and John Rice directing.
Mortal Kombat 2 was slated to begin its box office battle on October 24, but Warner Bros. and New Line have called an audible. The studios have decided to postpone the upcoming MK sequel until summer 2026. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mortal Kombat 2 will now debut in theaters on May 15, 2026. Typically, the beginning of May isn't an ideal space for anything that isn't a big-budget blockbuster.
