According to ESPN's Tim Bontemps, if the Heat are able to find a path to Giannis, it will likely include using Rozier's salary as part of the deal. That could be especially helpful if the Heat explores the possibility of including a few of their young prospect in a deal. Rozier's contract would eat up a lot of what Miami would need in the way of a salary matcher.

Miami Heat player Terry Rozier is set to appear in a New York court on charges he helped gamblers placing bets on his performance in NBA games. The 31-year-old point guard will be formally arraigned in Brooklyn federal court late Monday on federal wire fraud and money laundering conspiracy charges. He'll also join five other co-defendants and their lawyers for a pre-trial hearing later in the day on the case.
